SF Otago is not a crisis service. For all matters concerning immediate assistance or intervention for a loved one with a mental illness, contact the Emergency Psychiatric Services at the hospital: (03) 474-0999.

SF Otago is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and you can phone or call in any time we are open and we will do our utmost to help you. Alternatively, use the contact form below to make a query or request a call-back. You do not have to be a member, or become a member, of SF Otago to use any of our services.  Our phone number is 4555 973 or South Otago --03 418-4191. All incoming calls will be automatically diverted to the Dunedin office at no cost to the caller.


Conversely, you do not have to be a user of our services to become a member of SF Otago, we welcome all interest and support in our mission.
