Education and Support Meetings

Regular education and support meetings are a vital part of our mission to provide information about mental illness, treatment options and other mental health services available in our region. These groups provide a support network providing opportunity to share experiences and gain strength to cope with daily living.

DUNEDIN:
Evening -  The second Thursday of the month, 6-8pm.
Afternoon - The fourth Thursday of the month, 1:30-3pm.
Venue: Branch Office, 34 Prince Albert Road.

MILTON:
The third Thursday of the month, 11am-12:30pm
Venue: Tokomairiro Waiora,  80 Union St.

BALCLUTHA:
The third Thursday of the month, 1:30-3pm.
Venue: Clutha Mental Health,  24 Clyde Street.
