Education and Support Meetings

Regular education and support meetings are a vital part of our mission to provide information about mental illness, treatment options and other mental health services available in our region. These groups provide a support network providing opportunity to share experiences and gain strength to cope with daily living.

Monthly meetings are held at the Dunedin Branch Office every 2nd Thursday and in Balclutha at Clutha Mental Health 3-7 Charlotte Street every 3rd Thursday.
Toll free number available for  South Otago --03 418-4191.  All incoming calls will be automatically diverted to the Dunedin office at no cost to the caller.
